Services - more details on Internet Connection\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider agrees to provide technical professional and support services for the Satellite internet connection of the Customer. The services shall include but not be limited to the following:\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\"\u003eDiagnosing and resolving Satellite internet connection issues\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\"\u003eProviding phone support for the Customer’s internet connection\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\"\u003eProviding guidance on improving internet connection speed and reliability\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 1.4em;\"\u003eProviding remote technical support for the Customer’s Satellite internet connection\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2. Support Calls\u003cbr\u003eThe Provider shall provide technical support services for the Satellite Internet connection of the Customer up to a maximum of two (2) support calls per month. If the Customer requires additional support calls, the Provider may charge an additional fee at its standard hourly rate. The Provider shall keep a record of the number of support calls made by the Customer each month and provide this information to the Customer upon request.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Fees\u003cbr\u003eWhere applicable, the Customer agrees to pay the Provider a monthly fee for the technical support services for the Satellite Internet connection of the Customer. The fee shall be per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month.
