Job Summary
The Administrative Agent/Cashier/Sales and Rental Clerk is responsible for managing administrative operations, cash handling, customer service, and the sale and rental of products or services. They ensure a professional welcome, maintain efficient organization, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
1. Administrative Tasks
Greet and direct customers in person, by phone, or by email.
Prepare, file, and archive administrative documents (contracts, invoices, reports, forms).
Draft and format professional correspondence, letters, and emails.
Update internal databases and management systems.
Follow up on customer, supplier, and partner files.
Participate in the planning and coordination of daily activities.

2. Cashier Duties
Perform sales and rental transactions at the cash register (or terminal).
Handle cash, bank cards, and other payment methods.
Open and close the cash register according to established procedures.
Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds.
Ensure the accuracy of transactions and end-of-day reports. Remit the balanced amount to the supervisor.

3. Sales and Rental Duties
