Professional and Technical Support for Satellite Internet Connection
Provision of technical support services for Satellite internet connections offered through Starlink Satellite Internet equipment previously installed at the Customer location.
The Provider agrees to provide technical professional and support services for the Satellite internet connection of the Customer. The services shall include but not be limited to the following:
Diagnosing and resolving Satellite internet connection issues
Providing phone support for the Customer’s internet connection
Providing guidance on improving internet connection speed and reliability
Providing remote technical support for the Customer’s Satellite internet connection
Where applicable, the Customer agrees to pay the Provider a monthly fee for the technical support services for the Satellite Internet connection of the Customer. The fee shall be per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Transportation fees are charged for support calls that require on-site presence.
3. Support Calls
The Provider shall provide technical support services for the Satellite Internet connection of the Customer up to a maximum of two (2) support calls per month. If the Customer requires additional support calls, the Provider may charge an additional fee at its standard hourly rate. The Provider shall keep a record of the number of support calls made by the Customer each month and provide this information to the Customer upon request.
