This service allows customers to schedule a pickup and delivery of items, typically letters or parcels.  Individuals use the service to send packages to friends and family while businesses use it for shipping products to customers.

Current coverage includes the western region ("Ouest"), which includes the capital city of Port-au-Prince and is the most populous and urbanized area of the country.  Additional fee may be charged based on distance.

We are gradually expanding to provide coverage for the ten departments/regions namely:

1. Artibonite: The country's largest department and major agricultural region, known for producing rice, beans, and other crops.

2. Centre: The region surrounding the capital city of Port-au-Prince, which is the country's economic and political center.

3. Nippes: The southernmost department, known for its beaches and tourist industry.

4. Nord: The northern region, which includes the city of Cap-Haitien and is known for its history and culture.

5. Nord-Est: The northeastern region, which borders the Dominican Republic and is known for its mountainous terrain and natural beauty.

6. Nord-Ouest: The northwestern region, which is known for its historic sites and natural beauty.

7. Ouest: The western region, which includes the capital city of Port-au-Prince and is the most populous and urbanized area of the country.

8. Sud: The southern region, which includes the city of Les Cayes and is known for its agriculture and fishing industry.

9. Sud-Est: The southeastern region, which is known for its rugged terrain and natural beauty.

10. Grand'Anse: The southwestern region, which is known for its beaches and tourist industry.
